Returns and Refunds
Because we ship items directly from our suppliers, we don't accept physical returns. If something's wrong, we'll fix it — refund or replacement, no need to send anything back.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at terrainreadynz@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a replacement or refund your original payment method. No need to return the item.
Change of mind
We don't accept change-of-mind returns, due to our direct-ship model. Please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
Order not received
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at terrainreadynz@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing can add a few extra days on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, contact terrainreadynz@gmail.com.
