Where we ship from

We work with international suppliers to bring you quality products. Because of this, your order ships directly from our supplier and may take a little longer than items sold from a local warehouse.

Delivery timeframe

Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery within New Zealand and Australia. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — delays can happen due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, storewide, to both New Zealand and Australia.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being handed to our shipping partner.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
